I started this blog a little over a year ago and have really enjoy working on it.
As you know I have written about topics that I find interesting and many of you have as well. But times have changed and we need to change with them. With almost 500 followers now (Thank you very much for your support), I would like to expand the horizons of this blog and start to also write/research about topics that are of interest to our growing community. We appear to be a very diverse group and I know there are many topics that you would like to explore.

It might be interesting to explore business rules — e.g., how many emails in a week, does it vary by industry or product, offer an incentive or not, etc. A general “business rules” article would be great. Thanks!
